Over a career spanning enterprise financial services, retail, and restaurant technology, she has built and led design and research organizations at Capital One and Walmart before joining Yum!. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, scale, and getting new technology to actually take hold across distributed operations — the gap between what corporate builds and what frontline teams and franchise operators actually use.
